The Japanese title "KinPa"
means a splendor of wave.
After this work he was retiring
from the creation activity completely because of the cerebral infarction in 1997.
This is the last work of my father in 1993. The title "Kin" means
Japanese brocade and "pa (nami)" means wave.
His words:
"It is very difficult to knit the box with bamboo. The cover has
to be fitted firmly with the box. Furthermore, it is necessary for the cover
to be able to lift up with separating from the box."
I found the adherence that only he has.
An unexpected
technique is used to achieve this work. It is said to me only the miracle.
